The safaris in Kabini are very special as the Kabini corridor connects the Nagarhole and Bandipur Tiger reserves with the Wayanad forests running along its edge. The Kabini river which bisects the two parks forms a vital perennial source of water especially during the summer months. This in turn sees a vast migration of game. The forests are breathtakingly beautiful and sightings have been very good. Sightings of Elephants, Tiger , leopard and many other animals are reported on most days , though there can be no guarantee

Safaris are controlled by the Government departments . No private vehicles are allowed and the choices of vehicles are also decided by the concerned authorities. The parks do not close at any time in the year barring unforeseen circumstances or inclement weather beyond our control
